How fast do I get my purchase?
Instantly. The moment your payment clears you get download links on the confirmation page and by email — nothing is shipped and nothing is manual.
What payment methods can I use?
Card, PayPal and Cash App Pay through our secure checkout. Your card details are never stored on this site.
How long do my download links stay active?
Emailed download links are valid for 7 days. If a link expires, use the My orders page with your email address and the order ID from your receipt to pull your files back up.
I lost my email — can I get my files again?
Yes. Go to My orders, enter the email you paid with plus the order ID from your receipt, and your purchases will reappear.
Do coupon codes stack?
One code per order. If you have a creator's code, enter it at checkout and the discount is applied to your subtotal.
Can I get a refund?
Because every item is a digital file delivered instantly, sales are final. If something doesn't work, contact me @papa.on.bt on TikTok and I'll get you sorted.
